These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Quczo website, customer application, shop-owner application, and related services. By accessing or using Quczo, you agree to these Terms.
Quczo is an AI-powered local commerce platform intended to help customers discover local shops and products, compare product information and prices, check availability, and interact with participating shops.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must notify Quczo if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Customers must use Quczo lawfully and provide accurate information for orders and enquiries. Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use Quczo for fraudulent or abusive activity.
Shop owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they provide, including shop details, product names, prices, stock/availability, images, descriptions, and applicable business information. Shop owners should update information promptly when it changes.
Product information, prices, stock, availability, images, descriptions, and other shop information may be provided or updated by participating shops. Such information can change. Customers should verify important details with the shop where appropriate before completing a purchase.
Where ordering functionality is available, submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products from the relevant shop. An order may be accepted, rejected, modified, cancelled, or marked unavailable by the shop or according to applicable Quczo processes. Order status shown on the platform may change as the shop processes the order.
Where online payments are supported, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Applicable payment-provider terms may also apply. Quczo will not request sensitive payment credentials through unofficial communication channels.
Cancellation, refund, return, replacement, or other after-sales terms may depend on the relevant shop, product, payment provider, and applicable law. Where Quczo provides a specific policy for a transaction, that policy will apply to the extent permitted by law.
Where a shop-owner subscription is offered, the applicable subscription price, billing period, features, renewal, cancellation, and related conditions will be communicated to the shop owner before or at the time of subscription. Quczo may change future pricing or features with appropriate notice.
Quczo's branding, software, website design, original content, graphics, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to Quczo unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Quczo materials except where permitted by law or with written permission.
You retain applicable rights in content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for Quczo to host, display, process, and operate the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content, images, product information, or business information.
Quczo may integrate with or link to third-party services. Their availability and terms may be controlled by those third parties. Quczo is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
We aim to keep Quczo available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quczo's role is to provide the platform and related technology connecting customers and participating local shops. The relevant shop remains responsible for its products, pricing, stock, fulfilment, business practices, and applicable legal obligations.
Quczo may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties, or where a user materially violates these Terms or applicable law. Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice may be provided.
We may update these Terms as the platform, business model, or applicable legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer and other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any jurisdiction clause should be finalized with legal advice based on Quczo's actual company structure and place of business.
