Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Quczo account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@quczo.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
  2. Send it from your registered email address, or include the mobile number registered with your Quczo account.
  3. Mention whether it is a Customer account or a Shop Owner account.
  4. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile (name, mobile number, email address).
  • Saved account information and preferences.
  • For shop owners: shop profile, product listings and shop images, unless you ask us to keep them.

What may be retained

Certain information, such as order and transaction records, may be retained where required by law, for accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Timeline

We will process verified requests within a reasonable time and confirm by email once completed.

நீக்கம் கோருவது எப்படி

நீக்கப்படுபவை

வைத்திருக்கப்படக்கூடியவை

சட்டப்படி தேவைப்படும்போது, accounting, dispute தீர்வு அல்லது பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் fraud தடுப்பு காரணங்களுக்காக order மற்றும் transaction records போன்ற சில தகவல்கள் வைத்திருக்கப்படலாம்.
